THE STRATEGY

Turning Ownership to Stewardship, stewardship into development

Our model drives a paradigm shift where conservation and community development become fundamentally interdependent.

Community as a co-investor

Community as a co-investor

Our approach fosters autonomy by recognizing that true stewardship is inherently linked to ownership. Accordingly, we collaborate exclusively with communities who actively choose to invest in their own development ensuring the project sustainability.

Large-scale food production & primary forest conservation

Large-scale food production & primary forest conservation

We turn degraded land into productive Permanent Regenerative Agroforestry Systems, which both reduce slash-and-burn agriculture and boost local farmers' yields.

Market access

Market access

By facilitating the access to markets, we provide farmers with a sustainable income source, removing the need to encroach on Primary Forests. This protects forests as intact carbon sinks, making them eligible for high-value certification.

Energy transition & green entrepreneurship

Energy transition & green entrepreneurship

Carbon credits provide communities with resources to fund their ecological transition. When carbon revenue is reinvested in permaculture-driven Green Entrepreneurship and sustainable Energy Solutions, it strengthens both sustainable growth and ecosystem preservation.

KEY TARGETS

Our ambition is a massive systemic change across the  Congo river from Kisangani to Mbandaka:

  • Regenerate 1 million hectares

of degraded land into productive agro-ecosystems.

  • Conserve 10 million hectares

of high ecological value primary forest.

  • Pilot Phase

(Équateur Province) A 50,000-hectare project including 10,000 hectares of productive regeneration and 40,000 hectares of primary forest conservation under Plan Vivo certification.
