The Architect of Inclusive Regeneration
Fanyatu is a pioneering organization that has developed a unique approach called the "Fanyatu Methodology" Unlike traditional conservation models based on exclusion, Fanyatu places human dignity and community autonomy at the heart of ecological restoration. The Fanyatu Methodology™ transforms local communities- often perceived as a threat to resources- into co-investors and guardians of their own natural capital. With expertise in permaculture and regenerative design, Fanyatu has already enabled the planting of over 7.2 million trees across the DRC.
Contributes:
Carbon certification structuring (Plan Vivo).
Impact measurement frameworks (MRV).
Investor engagement and financial architecture.
The Catalyst for Systemic & Climate Solutions
Positive Impact Team is a global coalition of experts dedicated to helping organizations and projects thrive within the nine planetary boundaries. PIT acts as a bridge between field projects and global climate finance mechanisms to generate measurable and durable impact. Specializing in high-integrity project structuring, PIT provides the financial and technical architecture necessary to turn conservation efforts into certified climate assets. The team focuses on accelerating the "Net-Zero" transition while ensuring that revenues directly fund community-led development and long-term systemic change.

Territorial coordination and operational implementation
Agricultural value-chain structuring.
Logistical support and community engagement.
The Pillar of Community Development & Territorial Integration
The PHC Foundation is a central actor in the socio-economic development of the Congo Basin. As the operational heart of the project, the Foundation ensures territorial coordination and support for local communities across the project’s intervention zones. By leveraging its deep local roots, it identifies key areas for restoration and structures sustainable agricultural value chains. The Foundation works in close collaboration with provincial authorities to ensure that ecological regeneration translates into tangible prosperity for the populations of Tshopo, Mongala, and Équateur.
